The Corporate and Wealth Origination team offers CIC CIB’s major corporate and institutional customers an integrated range of services designed to meet their corporate financing needs – whether in the form of back-up lines, liquidity facilities or event-driven financing (capex, capital restructuring, etc.).
In terms of asset management, the team supports the holding companies of CIC CIB’s major customers, as well as those of Banque Transatlantique, with their strategic projects : capital restructuring, investment management, asset diversification and liquidity needs.
By paying close attention to each customer’s specific challenges, our teams identify opportunities, create bespoke solutions and coordinate the bank's various areas of expertise (such as Coverage, or other Global Banking or Capital Markets expertise) to provide comprehensive support that is tailored to each situation.
We aim to support our customers in roles where close collaboration and strategic dialogue are key – as arranger, coordinator, documentation agent and credit agent. Our flexible and fast decision-making process also enables us to offer up to 100% underwriting and significant final allocations.
