CIC CIB’s Securitisation team offers financing solutions through the securitisation of commercial or financial receivables, both private and public. We provide our clients with a stable, flexible and competitive financing tool, enabling them to optimise their working capital financing, diversify their sources of funding and gain access to a broad and loyal investor base. The financing arrangements are structured to offer optimised cost terms, decorrelated from clients’ credit ratings.

Private transactions are refinanced through CIC CIB’s « Satellite » banking conduit (a commercial paper programme rated A1/P1 by S&P/Moody’s).

CIC CIB has been investing in public transactions for over 20 years (ABS1, RMBS2 et CLO3).

Through the Satellite conduit’s ABCP4 issuance programmes and ABS placement facilities, CIC CIB offers privileged access to European and international markets with a diversified investor base.

Our recognised expertise enables us to act as an arranger or participant across various asset classes, and to provide our clients with tailor-made support in executing transactions through a dedicated middle office and a single point of contact for all services required as part of a securitisation transaction.

Expansion of Asset-Based financing solutions

Established in 2021, our team also offers asset-based financing solutions, typically secured against our clients’ receivables and inventories. The loans are structured as secured revolving credit facilities, with the assets remaining on our clients’ balance sheets.

Asset-based financing :

  • is aimed at companies with a suitable capital structure and significant current assets on their balance sheets. Our offering is aimed at clients in Europe, the United States, Canada and Australia.
  • offers a high degree of flexibility and enables us to support our clients throughout their business cycles.

Our expertise in structuring enables us to offer solutions for financing working capital, refinancing, expansion, managing seasonal fluctuations, investment projects and one-off transactions, such as acquisitions.
